About the Job

Reporting to the BILHPN Director – Arcadia Population Health & Community EHR, the Arcadia Support Manager (ASM) will develop and manage programs and staff to provide reporting, data, training and support solutions to continually improve and maximize value and adoption of the Arcadia Population Health platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with value-based care and risk reimbursement models as well as population health programs to support those models. The primary goal of the ASM is to develop, implement and manage solutions which help BILHPN Hospitals, Risk Units and Practices leverage the Arcadia platform successfully to drive success in risk and quality arrangements and critical clinical programs. Experience working directly with Providers and practice administrative staff as well as independently managing team members and/or project staff is a requirement.

The ASM will work directly with BILH, BILHPN, Hospital and Provider leadership to understand key business and clinical goals. The Arcadia Support Manager will develop actionable programs and implement across the BILH Network and/or at the individual Risk Unit or Practice level to meet and exceed these key goals. The ASM is responsible for direct oversite and management of these programs and staff involved in implementation or support.

The Arcadia Support Manager will not only have direct contact with Leadership throughout the Network, but will work directly and closely with Providers and practice administrative staff. This role will be the first point of contact and triage for issues, questions and requests related to the Arcadia platform. The ASM will utilize strong analytical, technical and communication skills to understand, track and resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders and will facilitate best practices as a subject matter expert in the Arcadia population health platform. The ASM will respond to and solve issues directly and independently develop the best course of action to address issues and requests, including internal escalation and collaboration with the BILHPN Data Informatics, Performance Analytics and Arcadia teams. The ASM will manage multiple projects and respective team members simultaneously to meet the needs of BILHPN leadership, Risk Units and Providers.

Experience with Population Health Management programs as well as with EMR’s or other clinical systems is required. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing project team members and direct reports. The ASM will work directly with Providers, office staff and other healthcare professionals and have experience with value-based care and risk reimbursement models and population health programs to support those models.

The Arcadia Support Manager’s Responsibilities are:

  • Develop and implement a support model for the Arcadia Population Health platform across BILHPN

  • Develop training documentation and initiatives related to the Arcadia Population Health platform. Implement and manage training programs across the BILH Network of Hospitals and Practices

  • Independently oversee project staff as well as manage team members reporting directly

  • Work directly with Providers and staff at practices both remotely and in-person

  • First point of contact and triage for issues, questions and requests related to the Arcadia platform.

  • Respond to and solve issues directly or develop plans of action to address issues, including internal escalation and/or collaboration with the Data Informatics, Performance Analytics and Arcadia teams.

  • Work independently and collaboratively to provide support, training and guidance to end users of the Arcadia platform

  • Review and approve training initiatives and materials

  • Resolve, track and manage issues, requests and develop small project plans for implementation of new initiatives in the Arcadia platform.

  • Identify and track trends of issues in Arcadia; working with the BILHPN Arcadia Program Director and Arcadia to solve issues and minimize impact to business.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet the needs of BILHPN leadership, business units and providers.

  • Provide recommendations to BILHPN leadership and Arcadia for continual improvement and maximization of the Arcadia platform in the BILHPN environment.

  • Develop training strategy, roadmap and schedule. Build and produce Arcadia training materials – including PowerPoint presentations, videos, ‘Quick Guides’ and other documentation.

  • Work with BILHPN staff to coordinate and schedule group and individual trainings

  • Provide training and support remotely and in person at corporate locations, business units, hospitals and/or practices throughout the BILHPN network

  • Works with members of the Data Informatics and Performance Analytics teams to define problems and clarify objectives, determine data needs and assist in data investigation and design of Arcadia reports.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5-8 years in related field

  • Experience with Arcadia Analytics, MS SQL, Tableau and relational databases is ideal but not required.
