We are currently hiring for a System Administrator / Help Desk Support, Wakefield, MA, as we look to expand our team and support our growing roster of local and national clients.

Who We're Looking For: Wakefield, MA System Administrator / Help Desk Support

The System Administrator/Help Desk Support will administer, oversee, and assist the implementation, organization, and troubleshooting of the network, hardware, and underlying communications protocols.

As a System Administrator / Help Desk Support, Wakefield, MA you will:

  • Monitors the assigned network, ensuring optimal function and minimal downtime

  • Monitors and analyzes network load including traffic and utilization trends.

  • Ensures networks are protected from physical harm, viruses, unauthorized users, and damage to data by developing and monitoring security procedures or collaborating with network security staff.

  • Drafts checklists, processes, and support trees, and knowledge bases for help desk and other support staff.

  • Setting up new users and providing appropriate levels of access to company systems

  • Assist users with day-to-day laptop and related issues

  • Specify needs for purchasing of equipment and related IT services

  • Maintain inventory of all systems and equipment

  • Managing and maintaining the file servers

  • Operating the firewall for the organization

  • Monitoring the internet connection for security risks

  • Employing the latest security protocols

  • Monitoring the local area network (LAN) for threats or errors

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Please note: while C-4 Analytics is currently operating remotely, this position will eventually be expected to report to our Wakefield, MA, office.

    Digital Marketing Account Manager Requirements

    Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field

  • At least three (3) years of experience with LAN and WAN technologies, including multiple network operating systems, topologies, and protocols

  • Or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.

  • A+, Network+, and/or similar certifications highly preferred.


  • Proficient with tools such as G-Suite Workspace, Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Thorough understanding of networking protocols, LAN networking, and WAN networking.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Experience using a project management tool, preferably JIRA

  • Experience working with or in the automotive industry
