Siemens Project Manager 2 - Reagent Mfg Technical Operations in Walpole, Massachusetts

This position will work closely with Technical Operations management and other supporting organizations in order to successfully implement changes to existing ADVIA Centaur and Atellica assays/components and methods.

This is a role well suited to an ambitiousprofessional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Project Manager 2– Technical Operations, you will be responsible for :

  • Representing Technical Operations when scheduling/planning activitieswith other organizations

  • Forming and leading teams if required, to achieve team milestones andproject deliverables

  • Creating project schedules, meeting minutes, presentations and visualcommunications

  • Completing risk assessments, authoring plans, and other change processdeliverables

  • Organizing reviews for protocols, reports, pFMEAs; Ensuredeliverables are tracked/measured and reported.

  • Aiding in development of new BOMs, routings, and SAP set-up (asnecessary)

  • Thisposition will be responsible for managing and delegating tasks to assignedresources to ensure high quality, on-time completion of project deliverables

Required Education, Skills &Experience:

  • BS in scientific discipline

  • Five or more years of work experience in a regulated environment

  • Demonstrated effective written and oralcommunications skills

  • Working knowledge of design control, change control, stage gate processes

  • Occasional travel may be required

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Recent experience running cross-functional project teams

  • Ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts, advocate for the team at alllevels of the organization
