Job Description:

An exciting opportunity to join the Global Operational Continuity, Resiliency & Services (GOCRS) team who is responsible for setting the tone and shaping the environment for enterprise operational continuity & resiliency. The organization, along with our LOB/CF partners, is focused on the continued delivery of critical services of the Company and our ability to respond to severe yet plausible stress scenarios. Further, the area of operational resiliency is of key interest and focus by senior leadership of the Company and the global regulatory community.

Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or business unit. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. May consult with senior management to define and manage projects that encompass and impact many associates. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. May have full management responsibility over a team or may manage one level of managers.

This role is responsible for cross functional support and initiative management within and across the Global Operational Continuity, Resiliency & Services (GOCRS) Management, Resiliency, and Client organization.

  • Partner with business operations teammates, business leaders and subject matter experts to support business operations and business support processes

  • Assist in execution of the portfolio of meeting routines and supporting processes

  • Create and centrally manage / govern SharePoint sites

  • Liaison with business support team members to field key operational questions related to deliverables and/or routines we support

  • Identify, develop and support tactics to engage and influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes and/or deliverables

  • Serve as subject matter expert on processes or projects where appropriate

  • Responsible for projects related to processes or functions – some with cross-functional or inter-departmental implications

  • Take lead on special assignments and/or support existing bodies of work

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Highly organized, ability to simultaneously prioritize tasks and handle numerous time-sensitive issues

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc…)

  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and priorities

  • Results oriented, independently driven, self-motivator

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly

  • Identifies linkages and thinks "enterprise" across business lines and geographies

  • Embraces and drives change

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Proven analytical, logical reasoning and problem solving skills

  • Understanding of Business Continuity/Operational Resiliency requirements or other experience with regulatory requirements

  • Understanding of enterprise lines of business and global operations

  • Knowledge of and experience with enterprise policies, programs, procedures, and systems

  • General project management & SharePoint experience

  • Capable of executing against priorities with less than complete data
