Buyers Edge Platform Customer Support Specialist in Waltham, Massachusetts

Buyers Edge Platform (?BEP?) was born out of the 20-year growth and success of its founding companies Dining Alliance, Buyers Edge and Consolidated Concepts. This position will be based in or near Waltham, MA.

What you will accomplish with us:

As a Customer Support Specialist with BEP, you will focus on generating a constant stream of revenue by following processes to capture, recover/repair and maintain our data flow. This is a front-facing role where you will be interacting with customers over the phone while working in Salesforce, Excel and our proprietary software to provide the best in customer support.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Follow-up on customer accounts through emails/calls/texts

  • Investigate by working with different portals and teams to find solutions

  • Customer service and support by walking customers through the portal

  • Troubleshoot errors by conducting 2-5 touch points

  • Update and correct information in Salesforce

Skillset Needed:

  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills

  • You are curious with a desire to dig in, troubleshoot, and solve problems

  • Easily adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

You come with these awesome attributes:

  • Ideally a 4-year Bachelors? degree

  • 1 - 3 year(s) of related work experience, preferably in an inside sales, customer support/success or service rep role

  • Prior experience making outbound calls (e.g., alumni donations or call center)

  • Knowledge of Salesforce
