This position will be based in or near Waltham, MA.
What you will accomplish with us:
As a Customer Support Specialist with BEP, you will focus on generating a constant stream of revenue by following processes to capture, recover/repair and maintain our data flow. This is a front-facing role where you will be interacting with customers over the phone while working in Salesforce, Excel and our proprietary software to provide the best in customer support.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Follow-up on customer accounts through emails/calls/texts
Investigate by working with different portals and teams to find solutions
Customer service and support by walking customers through the portal
Troubleshoot errors by conducting 2-5 touch points
Update and correct information in Salesforce
Strong organizational and critical thinking skills

You come with these awesome attributes:
Ideally a 4-year Bachelors? degree
1 - 3 year(s) of related work experience, preferably in an inside sales, customer support/success or service rep role
Prior experience making outbound calls (e.g., alumni donations or call center)
Knowledge of Salesforce
