Enterprise CXO Operations Manager

Job Description:

The Enterprise Business Planning & Operations Manager acts as an objective advisor to leaders on a number of operational matters. Responsibilities may include: financial oversight & integration, compliance process oversight, staffing process management, process improvement, SPOC control, workspace management and communication. Drives execution of key strategic initiatives. This role leads reporting and analytical efforts and leads the design, development, execution and continuous improvement of reporting and dashboards. Supports the strategic/business planning process and ongoing performance and business management. May drive and coordinate organization-wide events and key initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of program/project management including Tech Planning/initiatives and Risk Framework/issues management

  • Excellent project/program management skills including ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, influencer others to get work done and hold them accountable

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal ,written and presentation

  • Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills; ability to work with and lead teams virtually

  • Ability to thrive in the gray and succeed in a matrixed organization; flexible

  • Must be detail oriented, resourceful and able to work independently

  • Performance measurement and data management and presentation; exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills

Desired Skills:

  • Creativity: Ability to think through ideas, entertain various perspectives, and find innovative ways to problem solve and tackle challenges

  • Perseverance: This role will be responsible for a number of inter-related, enterprise work streams in an evolving organization

  • Entrepreneurial: Willing to build from the bottom up, learn and fail fast

  • Bias toward action: Able to problem solve and move work forward continuously and on pace
