You will lead a cross-functional, highly skilled DevOps team, whose projects accelerate the development, testing, and continuous delivery of a microservices platform and a portfolio of products.
In collaboration with other technology leaders, you will assist with the "Journey to Cloud" for our products.
Utilizing your experience developing, building, and deploying microservices, you will evaluate, select, and implement tools that effectively scale our platformto support a fast-growing volume and high global availability.
Until the transition to our new platform is complete, you will lead the tech operations to ensure on-time delivery of roadmap initiatives for the existing product.
You will define metrics, and implement the associated monitoring, to ensure the high performance and stability of our development, test, and production environments.
You will integrate the development of best practices, standards, procedures, and quality objectives, including metrics for assessing progress.
You will lead by example: Train, coach, and mentor other Engineers, Product Dev, DevOps and Site Reliability engineer, to be automation-focused, service-oriented, and highly effective.
You have a history of planning and executing improvement efforts that improve availability and productivity in a large organization.
A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a global commercial B2B or B2C SaaS product,
A minimum of 2 years of software development experience
A minimum of 2 years of build. release, or test automation experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience developing, deploying, and supporting SaaS / IaaS solutions in Azure and/or AWS.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT or related field.
Experience with Python, Ansible, Terraform are preferred.
