Aqueduct Technologies Inc. Managed Services Coordinator in Waltham, Massachusetts
Reporting to and in support of the Managed Services Delivery Manager (MSDM), the Managed Services Coordinator will apply customer relation skills and project management methodologies to onboard customer IT environments for Aqueduct Managed Services monitoring and support.
Under the supervision of the MSDM, the coordinator will liaise between internal teams and Aqueduct customers to ensure all phases of the onboarding project are successfully executed. This will include onboarding customer devices, providing the highest standard of customer service, and addressing all questions and concerns during routine Service Delivery meetings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the leadership, organizational, and follow-up skills required to drive projects to closure in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Essential Job Functions:
Coordinate new customer onboarding process from contract signature to customer go-live, while managing both internal and external communication
Interact with cross-functional team leads by managing expectations and providing master project planning to ensure all agreed-upon deliverables are met according to project timeline commitments while mitigating risks
Works with the MSDM to develop and align onboarding strategies across all departments
Maintains knowledge of each client's business, organization, and objectives
Assists MSDM in managing the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects
Performs quality assurance of project outcomes to ensure they meet the highest standards
1-3 years of relevant internship and/or professional experience in IT project coordination
Familiar with IT projects, terminology, and general technology terms
Technically-savvy with ability to quickly learn and use our tools
Able to plan, coordinate, implement, and finalize projects according to the specifications and deadlines, while keeping the project on-track
Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
Maintains a positive outlook and enthusiastic demeanor
College degree is preferred, not required
Prior Project Management experience is a plus
