Raytheon Global Business Services (GBS) has an opening for a PC Tech Support Technologist II. This dynamic and exciting position is based in Waltham, MA, providing IT support to Raytheon’s Senior Leadership Team and their admins. The executive support technician delivers the highest level of IT service and support, responding quickly to reported issues and delivering expert solutions. Job Responsibilities: Provide computer desktop/laptop support to designated executives to include: Troubleshooting and support for all executive/admin systems and applications Configuration and setup of printers/faxes/mobile devices Configuration, setup, and maintenance of all software and hardware systems Provide and coordinate remote event support as required by the executive(s). Some travel will be required. Provide all computer desktop/laptop support at SLT member’s home offices Provide software upgrades/updates as appropriate on all computer systems Stay abreast of new and emerging technologies to improve executive productivity by testing, evaluating, and recommending new products to enhance productivity and efficiency of the executive computing environment Required Skills: Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a professional/corporate service environment and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of direct relevant work experience and schooling/certifications in lieu of degree PC technical support, remote communications, local area and wireless networking Windows 10 and iOS operating system support, software and configuration Strong knowledge of Outlook and iOS, including advanced capabilities Strong customer service attitude and initiative Strong technology troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex issues Presence to interact with Raytheon’s senior leadership team Ability to perform in high pressure situations This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Desired Skills: Raytheon experience a plus PC Support experience with executive customers Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance with CI scope poly unless applicant has existing clearance Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering or related discipline or equivalent combination of direct work experience and schooling/certifications in lieu of degree 122780
