Ensures that the Security team remains focused on our objectives and key results (OKR) by taking an active role in supporting the running of the OKR process across all teams within Security. This involves coaching teams on the OKR process, ensuring all teams have fortnightly stand up in place to review OKR progress and facilitating workshops on the construction of team OKRs.
Taking an active role in leading and facilitating the quarterly OKR review and alignment sessions for all teams in Security.
Coaches teams in various performance management disciplines, including: Assessing team performance, driving ream capability through performance management and skills management, running team workshops, facilitate quarterly sessions that assess how teams are performing, identifying intervention steps required with a focus on progress, ensuring all teams have objectives and development plans and taking ownership for driving this. All of the above requites focus on process and ensuring processes are in place and being adhered to
Works with and educates others about the Agile methodologies and frameworks being used by the delivery teams, such as Kanban, Scrum and SAFe.
Spreads good Agile practices within the Security towers
Facilitates and supports multiple teams / towers within Security
Works with key stakeholders to ensure they know what is expected of them
May also lead and facilitate teams doing iterative development that have not yet fully adopted Agile practices.
Helps teams to become more agile in their ways of working, whatever their current Agile maturity.
Stays up to date with good Agile practice and helps to spread this within the wider development organisation.
Takes an active role in the development of other staff through mentoring of more junior team members
Drives continuous improvement.
Ensures development teams comply with Agile approaches where adopted.
Works closely with Leadership Team and technical lead of each team to ensure the team uses and develops good quality engineering practices.

Supervisory/Interpersonal- Experience Required
- Strong writing and presentation skills to communicate findings and recommendations to different audiences and stakeholders.
Knowledge of further Agile techniques, processes and frameworks.Desired Skills
Qualifications could come from a variety of sources, e.g. a degree in computing, science or mathematics, Certification from commercial organizations such as Microsoft, Oracle etc relevant to Agile software delivery.
Further or higher Agile certification such as Advanced Scrum Master or Scrum Professional Scrum Master.
