Commonwealth Financial Network Program Manager – Continuum in Waltham, Massachusetts

Bring your program and project management expertise to our Project Management Office team, and support the delivery of programs to successfully meet the goals of the organization and business partners. Working with a business sponsor, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific programs and projects, ensuring consistency with the company’s strategy, commitments, and goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategizing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise program initiatives to meet organizational objectives for a new business line
Working closely with business sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for the program
Managing program and project teams; coordinating and delegating cross-project initiatives
Identifying key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
Overseeing work products from third-party service providers
Building consensus with senior cross-department stakeholders
Analyzing, evaluating, and overcoming program risks, and producing program reports for management and stakeholders
Core Strengths and Skills
12+ years of program/project management experience
Experience in helping stand up and supporting a product/business line
Experience managing large and complex multi-year programs
Experience with Agile and traditional methodologies
Strong, clear communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
