A Kforce BioPharma Client in Waltham, Massachusetts (MA) is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud BA/PM to join our Commercial IT team in Waltham, Massachusetts (MA). Summary: As the Salesforce Marketing Cloud BA/PM on the Commercial IT team, you will be responsible for managing the IT initiatives in support of marketing programs. One of the first projects you will be required to undertake will be the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will gather requirements and run solution concept workshops to understand business needs within the Salesforce Marketing application in collaboration with the 3rd party implementation vendor. You will also collaborate with other team members on a fast-paced marketing and IT team to deliver the best solution using the Salesforce platform, on time and on budget.Your future responsibilities:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to facilitate business process analysis, gather requirements and map them to salesforce marketing cloud functionality

  • Create supporting documentation in collaboration with the vendor - functional specifications, data maps, project plan, etc.

  • Facilitate end user testing, related documentation and sign offs

  • Manage end to end program implementation of the IT projects in support of marketing (websites, emails, data reports, etc.) and ensure all program objectives are met

  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and with external vendors to achieve project goals

  • Communicate regular status updates, risks, etc. to the steering committee including IT and marketing team members

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related discipline is required

  • At least five years of experience in a business analyst role

  • Experience in Salesforce marketing cloud or equivalent email platforms is a must

  • Proven track record in leading initiatives, conducting stakeholder workshops, gathering and documenting business requirements, and managing large projects

  • Demonstrate some understanding of HTML, JavaScript and CSS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with a diverse group of clients, team members, managers, and subject matter expects (SME)
