We are searching for a Sr. Product Manager. This role is ideally located in Waltham, MA, Chicago, IL or Indianapolis, IN. Remote candidates may be considered.
The Senior (Sr.) Product Manager, Integrations will work closely with business development, sales, product management, product marketing, and operations teams to ensure that CE solutions can successfully integrate with electronic health record (EHR) vendors and health information systems using both current and emerging industry standards to meet CE business objectives, help customers meet regulatory requirements, and improve end user access to clinical decision support resources directly within their clinical workflow.
Essential Duties and responsibilities
Deep understanding of current integration & authentication product capabilities, with ability to help define future integration direction across both EHR & HIT partners.
Lead technical integration and partnership discussions with both partners and clients to understand integration requirements and helpdefine comprehensive solutions to meet market needs and drive toward CE business objectives.
Ability to manage projects across multiple organizations and teams, always with a business-outcome focus. This includes strong communication skills, with ability to clearly articulate project goals, timelines, and key milestones.
Manage and evolve existing integration capabilities across multiple EHR partners; ensuring our integration points remain highly accessible within the workflow, useful to our clinical users, while providing support teams with the requisite ability to implement, support, and drive adoption.
Demonstrated ability to leverage new technologies, whether that means interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, SoF, CDS Hooks), authentication approaches (SAML, OIDC), or interface modalities like voice to meet novel business challenges.
Help define and drive integration strategy across the Referential solution suite.
Partner with Wolters Kluwer Health and CE regulatory experts to ensure product management understanding of federal healthcare regulatory requirements and provide comprehensive messaging on how UpToDate & Lexicomp help customers meet those requirements with CE solutions.
Partner with respective product managers to track KPIs for EHR and HIT integration methods.
Experience training sales & marketing teams on new and existing integrations, highlighting best practices and how it aligns with clinical outcomes and/or business objectives.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, Master’s in Computer Science, preferred
5+ years of experience in product management
Experience in Healthcare IT industry required
Experience working with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, C-CDA) required
Experience managing projects across multiple organizations preferred
Experience leading client & partner facing projects.
Strong communication & presentation skills, demonstrated experience presenting in front of customers and partners
Engineering background preferred
