Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition Enablement, this Senior Manager level role develops and leads all aspects of a comprehensive plan for Talent Acquisition Technology and User Experience. This individual is passionate about using technology to create operational efficiencies and improve experiences. This person has a constant focus on technology advancement and continuous improvement. The Talent Acquisition Enablement Sr. Manager is responsible for delivering recruitment processes and technologies used by more than 550 global recruiters to deliver more than 40,000 hires annually. Ideal candidates will be strong in collaboration, leading and motivating others and someone with a passion for team success and delivering talent acquisition projects.

What will you do?

  • Lead and develop a team of technical project managers and support specialists.

  • Research, develop and implement next generation technologies to support recruitment processes globally

  • Develop and implement processes that make it easier for the organization and the recruiters to find the best talent in the most efficient way around the world.

  • Lead integrations of newly acquired entities from a recruitment technology perspective: data conversion, system architecture. process and new user training.

  • Serve as the front-line contact for all issues relating to Talent Acquisition technology, processes and user support

  • Effectively manage relevant vendor relationships and engagements.

How will you get here?

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree

Experience

  • Must have 8+ years' experience project managing medium to large scale projects or programs

  • Previous experience with Candidate or Customer experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Ability to quickly grasp business / technical concepts and translate high level requirements into opportunities

  • Extensive knowledge of the field of HR and recruiting technologies

  • Excellent relationship builder, able to successfully influence at all levels

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, able to build and execute a plan with many moving pieces without letting anything fall through the cracks

  • PHR, SPHR or PMP/LEAN Certification
