What you will be doing:
Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify, document, design, develop and present the output.
Work closely with the HRIS/HR Operations team on various projects related to, but not limited to security roles and our systems’ organizational structure.
Gathering and documenting information from internal stakeholders to identify and understand their system needs.
Quality assure existing site content.
Documenting and tracking information to identify and develop sustainable process improvements.

What we hope you will bring to the role:
Must be enrolled as either a full time or part time student.
Requires a high school diploma with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Intermediate in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain a positive attitude; and solid customer service skills.
Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.
Ability to partner with various stakeholders and document/track information related to projects.
Highly motivated, results-driven and goal-oriented, quick learner when it comes to new systems/software.
