The Senior Compliance Analyst is a mission-critical role responsible for performing audits on key applications and systems critical to Bright Horizons’ success.
What you will be doing:
Main duties include SOX compliance testing, access reviews, status reporting, (creation and updates) and the development/updating of department controls
Participate in the annual risk assessment to determine the scope of internal audits, process improvement projects, as well as key SOX controls and SOC 2 Type 2 readiness
Able to work with minimum supervision; however, when necessary, consult with the senior management of IT and lines of business for direction and/or clarity

Bachelor’s Degree and 2-5 years of related work experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT Auditing, IT compliance, or IT risk management experience required, preferably with public accounting firm or within a large organization with structured risk and compliance processes and procedures
Demonstrated knowledge of IT Audit controls and practices and regulatory compliance and controls including SOX, SSAE 16, and ISAE 3402
Security certification preferred (CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, etc.)
