Job Description

Here, colleagues work not only within our organization but across the CVS Health matrix, acting as one team to achieve our goals, deliver solutions and transform the future.The Quality Management System and Business Support Senior Manager is responsible for building partnerships across quality and the internal and external business units, identifying opportunities for enhanced collaboration, improved communication, and ways of furthering quality and compliance in the CVS Health Clinical Trial Services Business Unit. The Quality Management System and Business Support Senior Manager will also serve as the primary liaison and steward of compliance requirements to systems and applications, working with the CTS business units and IT to complete impact and risk analysis to clinical systems and applications.

Required Qualifications

● 8+ years of experience in managing a QMS● 5+ years of experience overseeing system implementation, managing integrations, and developing policies and procedures

COVID Requirements

As a part of this process, you will be required to provide information or documentation about the reason you cannot be vaccinated. In some states and roles, you may be required to have an approved reasonable accommodation before you can begin to actively work. If your request for an accommodation is not approved, then your employment may be terminated.

Preferred Qualifications

● Comprehensive knowledge of clinical research, GCP, ICH, and other regulations for pharmaceuticals● Proven capability in taking complex information and translating to logical workflows● Demonstrated Business acumen, strong written and oral communication skills, able to translate complex concepts across all levels of the organization● Experience in developing metrics, and identifying areas of continuous improvements

Education

Bachelor's degree in applied sciences, healthcare, or related field
