The Data Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the delivery of data products and delivering business value on a global level. This role develops a strategy and roadmap for data products and engages with the Data Delivery Leads across regions to deliver data solutions to the business. This role will support the Data Delivery Leads in managing teams that include a wide range of internal and external parties and suppliers working together. This role will also be responsible for the decision-making process on data delivery tools on a global level.

Oversee the delivery of all data products, ensuring coordination across teams, adherence to architecture and security standards, and delivery against planned outcomes.
Understand business objectives and work closely with stakeholders to develop a strategy and roadmap for the delivery of data products.
Create and maintain an optimal data pipeline.
Identify, design and implement internal process improvements, including automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure, etc.
Lead the development of infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data from a variety of data sources.
Work with data analytics and scientist teams to strive for greater functionality in data products.
Drive initiatives that improve data reliability and quality.
Lead decision-making regarding data-access tools for different stakeholder groups on a global level.
Guide the team in way's of working and various delivery techniques to ensure on time delivery of data products.
Keep abreast with the latest data technologies and trends to identify any opportunities to improve and optimize the roadmap for data products.
Lead, motivate, develop, and appraise team members so that their individual and collective performance is of the required standard and meets the current and future needs of the business
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, System Analysis (or equivalent and related experience preferred).
Minimum 7 years of specialized experience in fields of data delivery, preferably in an complex international environment.
Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
Experience in understanding and implementing data solutions using technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SQL Server, Synapse Analytics, Analysis Services and Power BI.
Experience in managing data delivery projects.
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing staff, including work review, performance reviews and day-to-day coaching.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills as well as coordinating skills to manage stakeholders across different groups.
