Broadridge Financial Solutions Digital Product Management Director in Westborough, Massachusetts
In this role, you will support the design and development of digital product and platform capabilities. You will partner with cross functional teams to understand their product needs, and then build and design solutions and products to support the overall needs of the business. You will work with a team who will continually evolve how we communicate on behalf of our clients and how we're measuring our success.
The team is responsible for:
Strategy - Envision the future and build the near-term roadmap for Digital products
Execution - Support all aspects required to bring new products to our users, including internal Associates, our Clients and their clients, including the gathering of requirements, development of content and implementation of new solution.
Client service - Serve clients with compelling capabilities that improve client outcomes
Partnership - Collaborate with cross-enterprise business partners to understand their needs for our product and work with them to prioritize product creation based on client, firm and regulatory impact.

Leading the generation of new ideas based on market analytics and interactions with partners, clients and prospects.
Thinking "horizontally" to deliver an outstanding experience for our clients
Making creative recommendations to expand product base by focusing on future products and capabilities
Working cross-functionally with technical, design, business, and compliance counterparts to define product refinements and updates based on ongoing client needs analysis.
What you have:
7+ years of applicable work experience
Highly developed communication and presentations skills with a superior ability to effectively communicate and present complex concepts and issues to business partners.
Highly skilled at working cross functionally with technology, service, marketing and product teams to create, implement and evolve our reporting solutions offering tangible, measurable client results.
Strong digital product management skills including experience with design thinking and client journeys
Effective relationship builder - ability to partner cross-functionally, cross-enterprise and work effectively with various levels of the organization as well as various personality types
High adaptability in leading an emerging platform through new and evolving consumer trends
A deep understanding of data analytics and how to turn data into insights.
Experience executing the development process with technical teams, internal partners and external vendors including writing business requirements / use cases / user stories, conducting user acceptance testing and communicating project status to project team.
Experience with Agile methodologies including leading product owners who participate in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, backlog prioritization, user story preparation and demos
Bachelor's degree required.
