Pall Biotech is seeking a talented and proactive Project Manager II, Process Development Services for our New England Center of Excellence based in Westborough, Massachusetts.

The Project Manager II, Process Development Services will help our customers develop their clinical manufacturing processes using innovative platforms alongside our expertise for new and existing products providing affordable medicines to treat every human and animal’s health.

Responsibilities include:

  • As an experienced Project Manager you will lead all phases of the project management lifecycle: Global Capacity mapping, proposal, budgeting, time line planning, project metrics (cost, delivery on time, quality and timeline) execution, control and project closure.
  • Monitor project schedules, progress reports and visual management. monitoring delivery lead times to ensure deadlines are maintained when provided with a BoM.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and collaborate with our customers, global project PDS manager , sales and technical team leads (upstream, downstream, analytics).
  • Effectively manage expectations of all stakeholders, including senior Pall management.

The Project manager plays an important role in meeting milestones, foreseeing potential risks, issue tracking/resolving as well as analyzing and reporting on project progress. You will escalate concerns to management and provide conflict resolution.

The Project Manager II will work closely with our commercial and finance teams to ensure cost deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors in biological science / chemical engineering and minimum of 4 years of experience in project management or MBA and 2 years of experience in protein purification

Ability to solve moderately complex issues independently

Preferred Qualifications

PMP Certified


Upstream or Downstream clinical or commercial manufacturing experience

Gene Therapy expertise

Agile methodologies


Leadership experience

Travel: Ability to work off hours as needed, hold a current driver’s license and passport for travel.
