We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join our team in Westborough or Woburn MA. As a part of our IT team, your role will primarily revolve around the delivery of quality software solutions that add measurable business value. You will be involved in the planning, directing, and coordinating of activities to ensure the timely and budget-friendly completion of projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and keep IT projects on track, resolving any customer issues that arise

• Participate in IT portfolio management activities, collaborating with IT and business unit leaders

• Identify opportunities for improvements and develop initial business cases and project scopes

• Oversee the development of varying systems/applications within assigned areas from inception to successful implementation

• Establish work plans for each project phase and manage the recruitment or assignment of project personnel

• Identify and schedule deliverables, milestones, and required tasks for projects

• Ensure timely escalation of project issues including timing, budget, resources, scope to upper management

• Prepare project status reports and/or project portfolio summaries for management, business unit leaders, and IT management

• Lead efforts in creative problem-solving and quality deliverables supporting business needs

• Perform customer surveys to ensure customer satisfaction remains high

• Develop strategies and plans, and identify the required methods and tools for project execution.

Requirements • Proven experience in a Senior IT Project Manager role or similar capacity

• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering high customer satisfaction

• Proficiency in operations and planning processes

• Familiarity with budgeting processes and procedures

• Ability to ensure quality, review, and scheduling of IT projects

• Advanced knowledge and experience in project management

• Strong understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Proven track record in the successful implementation of IT projects

• Engineering background would be advantageous

• Willingness to travel as required by the project

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in staffing and resource allocation

• Proficiency in Oracle or similar software

• Knowledge of different project management methods

• Experience in the real estate sector is a plus

• Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and prioritize tasks effectively

• Proven leadership skills in managing teams and delivering projects on time
