Summary: This position is responsible for designing, developing, and testing of features for the EHR software and be part of continued improvement by working and collaborating with a team of product specialists and product managers in a highly focused result-oriented environment. Position requires high level of responsibility and ownership and manage and refine goals and objectives on an ongoing basis.

Must have 10+ years of relevant industry experience preferably in Healthcare IT.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in core Java,

  • 3 - 4 years of experience in Javascript & Angular JS

  • 6+ years of experience in MySQL or Sql server database,

  • Familiarity in Spring, JDBC, Test driven development, GIT, Jira, Sprint planning activities in agile framework.

Job Functions / Responsibilities:

  • Write high quality code that is readable, maintainable, scalable, and secure.

  • Experience in developing application frameworks, establishing foundations and standards for code development. Experience in designing and developing web services.

  • Write test cases to achieve full code coverage.

  • Do peer code reviews and provide feedback if needed. Should be able to mentor a small group

  • Work with Product analysts to understand the requirements, discuss challenges and come up with feasible solutions. Take complete ownership from Design to Delivering high quality, scalable and secure code.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and Problem-solving skills. Get on call with technical support to debug an issue, analyze the logs, pinpoint the problem and come up with a solution.

  • Communicate and collaborate with other teams to meet some common deadlines.

  • Commit to the timelines & Participate in technical discussions

  • Write technical documents that involves API documentation, flow diagrams and database architecture.
