Title: Marketing Specialist

Duration: 2+ months (high likelihood of extension!!)

Location: Weston MA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the TYSABRI/INTERFERON US Marketing team through the management of the following projects (and, if bandwidth and need exist,) through other projects as they arise:

  • Launch combined Plegridy patient & HCP website. Requires working with internal agency, IT partners and PRC to ensure that optimized website is launched on time/budget

  • Manage the print materials process (e.g., tracking inventory, ordering new stock, etc.) with RRD for both TYSABRI and Interferon

  • Partner with Personal Promotions lead on the operational aspects of podcast launch

  • Assist in the execution of the patient CRM stream for Avonex & Plegridy

Qualifications:

  • Excellent collaboration and the ability to work effectively within a matrix organization (across marketing peers, cross functional teams and external agencies)

  • Demonstrated ability to execute projects on time/budget • Strong project management skills with the demonstrated ability to manage/lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to gain approval for marketing strategies and tactics through the required internal review processes; ensures all activities are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Self-starter who functions well both independently as well as within a team

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience ideally within the biopharma or healthcare space
