Citizens Enterprise Change Manager in Westwood, Massachusetts

Description

The Transformation Change Manager plays as a key role in supporting Citizens Enterprise Transformation effort to adopt Agile practices across the organization. The Transformation Change Manager will work directly with business leaders from across the enterprise to promote grass roots efforts to energize and engage colleagues working in new ways in a new operating model. Through a variety of change management and engagement activities, the Change Manger will enable and support colleagues as they adopt agile practices and build agile maturity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, manage, facilitate, and assess colleague engagement plans using multi-channel approaches that build enthusiasm and increase understanding and engagement

  • Responsible for building the engagement activities and interventions including processes and tools that will drive change and adoption

  • Analyze communication plan impacts and understand program objectives, to shape powerful Enterprise Transformation programs and increase colleague engagement

  • Collaborate and liaise closely with Agile Delivery Center of Excellence, Communications and Training teams as needed to implement the Enterprise Transformation plan

  • Create and maintain innovative and impactful methods for engaging colleagues across the organization, incorporating multi-media content and new methods of delivery

  • Advocate for colleague needs by creating and maintaining spaces where feedback can be heard and addressed

  • Introduce, analyze, and report available data (e.g., identify surveys and other measures of end user adoption) and other feedback tools to inform Enterprise Transformation priorities

  • Act as an advocate for change, leading significant change efforts as an SME

  • Provide Leadership coaching support and advice

  • Stay current on best practices related to colleague engagement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree: advanced graduate degree preferred (but not required)

  • 7+ years’ experience in colleague engagement, strategic communication, organizational change management, or transformation initiatives

  • Proven track record of delivery: possesses a results-oriented mentality and is highly effective at coordination, execution, and follow-up focused on the critical priorities to drive positive results

  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills including the ability to influence and develop trusting relationship with business leaders and cross-functional teams across multiple levels of the organization

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills informed by excellent listening, influencing and perception skills

  • Ability to clearly articulate message to a variety of audiences and stakeholders

  • Proficiency with MS Office applications required; Atlassian applications a plus (Jira, Confluence)

  • Comfort handling ambiguity and managing multiple assignments as priorities dictate

  • Knowledge of multi-media production or experience in content creation preferred, including but not limited to article writing, video production, audio production, graphic design, web design etc.

  • External and/or internal consulting type experience preferred

  • Familiarity with project ma nagement approaches, tools, and phases; agile experience a plus
