Senior IT PM with Supply Chain integration experience in the Semi-Conductor industry onsite in Billerica MA.

Education:
Bachelor's degree. Minimum 10+ years’ experience. PMP Certification preferred.
Leadership:
Demonstrates ability to influence team members and senior leaders. Keeps team focused on critical project goals and initiatives. In Team Lead role, sets high expectations, communicates vision and influences others to achieve team goals. Demonstrates professionalism and leads by example. Is respected by and provides guidance to all levels of the organization. Inspires commitment and high energy from the team.
Project Management Responsibility:
Responsible for delivering complex projects on-time, on-budget and with desired business results. Extensive experience with project management methodology for leading team members in defining, staffing, and organizing complex, cross-functional projects. Recognized Project Management expert; maintains up-to-date Project Management knowledge and best practices, trains and acts as a coach to others. Manages scope, change control and project health effectively.
Span of Authority:
Owns and manages the projects within a given business area or areas, while working closing with the business leads and the IT Business Partner. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new projects, while following the IT PMO defined processes. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Supervisory Responsibility:
Leads and manages internal and external personnel assigned as project resources. Negotiates assignment of critical resources. Leads and motivates project team members and stakeholders to accomplish project objectives successfully.
Technical Knowledge, Skills and Job Knowledge:
Extensive knowledge of program and project management methodology, planning and control techniques. Able to quickly learn and adapt to new business concepts, process, and technologies. Experience working in manufacturing and technology industries is preferred. Strong knowledge of semiconductor industry is a plus. Experience working in hardware, software, and security projects is a plus.
Applies expertise to project management challenges. Develops strategies integrating processes that deliver cost savings, performance, and efficiencies. Demonstrates broad knowledge and experience with roles and interrelationships of each business unit/function.

Selects methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results with management support. Brings logical options and solutions to management, supported by well-thought-out analysis. Quickly identifies red flags, patterns, and issues indicated by data.

Strong communication skills. Promotes ideas and proposals persuasively. Effectively shapes stakeholder opinions and drives process improvements. Utilizes span of influence effectively. Ability to get things done while building trusted relationships.
Managing Partner and Stakeholder Expectations:
Actively negotiates the terms of partner and stakeholder relationships and articulates what's expected from both sides of the partnership. Instrumental in helping team members establish healthy, collaborative relationships. Defines practices and processes for managing partner and stakeholder expectations.
Quality:
Sets and maintains high quality standards for projects. Challenges organizational practices that erode quality.
