Systems & Technology Research Analytics Program Manager in Woburn, Massachusetts
The Intelligence Tools & Applications (ITA) group keeps our Intelligence Community (IC) customers at the leading edge of technology by identifying, demonstrating, developing, and deploying emerging Machine Learning (ML) approaches to solve complex problems. We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager to help us deliver disruptive technologies for our customers.
As a program manager, you will manage advanced technology programs in the area of data science and machine learning. You will work with our government customers and technical teams to identify mission requirements and prioritize technical development. You will be responsible for tracking the program schedule and milestones, coordinating with the STR business operations teams, communicating with our customers, and tracking program performance and risk. You will support timely, successful deliveries of products to the customer and routinely collaborate across multi-disciplined teams in order to support STR technical leads and other key stakeholders.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree, military experience, or similar background with the intelligence community
Experience in managing technical projects, developing tasks/sub-tasks, identifying & tracking program risk
Motivated collaborator who’s comfortable communicating to both technical and non-technical audiences
History of interacting with decision-makers and customers to translate mission needs into end-to-end analytical solutions
Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance
Prior experience in a leadership role of a technical program for the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community
Experience working and collaborating on multi-disciplinary teams, including leading technical teams and mentoring less experienced staff
Knowledge of software development best practices and tools
Experience with the analysis of large and complex data sets
Familiarity with machine learning or statistical modeling techniques
Active TS/SCI security clearance
