Kforce Desktop Support Specialist in Woburn, Massachusetts

Kforce's client, a leading technology company is seeking a motivated Desktop Support Specialist to provide direct end-user support for Tier 1-2 tickets and support requests. Responsibilities of the Desktop Support Specialist include: * The Desktop Support Specialist will do technical support for Desktop/Laptop computers (PC/Mac) as well as Mobile Devices, and Printers * PC upgrades/replacements * As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will do Software/Security application installation * Installations, configurations, and upgrades of hardware and software applications * Support IT requirements for multiple business units * The Desktop Support Specialist needs 1-3 years of Desktop Support experience * Knowledge of Windows 7/10, Active Directory, and Office 365 * Ability to troubleshoot various hardware and peripherals such as Desktop and Laptop computers, Macs, tablets, cell phones and printers * A passion to learn and ability to attain working knowledge of a variety of technologies * Ability to communicate clearly to a wide array of customers Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
