This is a high visibility position, reporting to the CEO. You will be directly involved in collaboration with administrative, consulting, and executive teams throughout the organization. As the Director of Client Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in the company's success. This role requires strong leadership capabilities to enhance operational excellence and foster client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day client delivery operations.

• Ensuring the overall success of our consulting initiatives, projects, support functions, helpdesk, network operations center, and the provision of managed services.

• Demonstrating a solid track record in project management.

• Supervising the consultant dispatch team to strategically allocate resources and surpass client expectations.

• Nurturing strategic client relationships to fuel their growth and technological progress.

• Guaranteeing successful client engagements with tangible outcomes that can be referenced.

• Taking on occasional additional responsibilities as needed.

  Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• A BA or BS in Business or equivalent experience.

• A proven history of leading teams in a professional services environment.

• A hands-on approach to work, excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to dive in to complete tasks.
