Raytheon IDS, Woburn, MA Industrial Security Specialist, Special Access Programs Here at Raytheon IDS, we have an exciting early career opportunity within our Security Organization. The selected applicant will support the Special Access Programs as an Industrial Security Specialist II for the Mission Systems and Sensors (MSS) Business Area located in Woburn, MA. This position requires interface with all levels of management both internal and external. The responsibilities for the selected candidate will include, but not limited to the following: Provide security support for multiple Special Access Programs Assure compliance with applicable government and company regulations Perform program security administrative tasks and duties i.e. filing, updating logs/lists, coordination with internal and external customers Program Access Request processing Maintain and update all required personnel paperwork and access rosters Personnel security database administration and maintenance Partner with an internal security team to track clearances, adverse information, periodic reinvestigations and reporting requirements Conduct security reviews and investigations Send and receive program visit certifications Shared responsibility for alarm response Provide classified meeting support and security support to program management Coordinate/support escort duties for secure areas This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Required Skills: This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance. Must be able to obtain SAP access Familiarity with all Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) Attention to detail and follow-through when completing tasks Must possess a valid driver's license. 1 years of Industrial Security experience Desired Skills: Familiarity with databases: FileMaker Pro, JPAS, Access Commander Working knowledge of Department of Defense Manuals (DoDMs) 5205.07 Experience in SAP/SCI environment Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Existing DoD Top Secret with SCI eligibility desired Education (including Major): Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) Major (Suggested but not limited to): Homeland Security, Security Management, Business or related field.
