Ethos Veterinary Health LMS Content Coordinator in Woburn, Massachusetts
VetBloom, a division of Ethos Veterinary Health, is looking for a LMS Content Coordinator to manage all aspects of the educational content for our Learning Management System.
VetBloom is a SaaS-based learning ecosystem for the veterinary industry, creating and curating best in class content for delivery to over 70,000 users through a fully customizable technology platform.
This is an entirely remote position for someone with a strong work ethic, ability to work very independently, and consistently provides the highest level of customer success.
Manages all aspects of Registry of Approved Continuing Education (RACE) Provider responsibilities including approval applications, renewal applications, record keeping and reporting
Reviews Learning Experience Platform (LXP) RACE approved modules sales and enrollment history and makes recommendations for renewal or sunsetting courses.
Communicate with new and existing Subject Matter Experts (SME) to collect required information for RACE approval and renewal applications
Maintain existing products, add new products, remove obsolete items, and manage inventory issues on the LXP and websites
Maintain official, accurate, and up-to-date records and generate reports for various stakeholders on content engagement
Works with various VetBloom team members to help plan and execute content development strategy
Acts as a project manager for new content development, managing time and priorities to meet quality standards and project timelines
Works with SMEs during content development to facilitate iterative review cycles
Education, License and Job Requirements
High School Diploma required; College degree preferred
3 years? professional work experience
High proficiency and expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint are required
The ability to work in a distributed, virtual work environment while maintaining strong relationships and excellent communication
Excellent interpersonal communications skills, problem-solving and decision-making.
Requires diplomacy and the ability to problem solve in a team environment.
Possesses a growth mind-set with the goal of finding innovative and creative solutions to existing challenges
Prior knowledge of the veterinary industry and/or learning management platforms desired
