American Tower Salesforce Administrator in Woburn, Massachusetts

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join American Tower’s Salesforce team as part of IT. The Salesforce develops and maintains the Salesforce platform. Day to day you will engage with internal customers to understand their needs and deliver quality software that provides measurable business value.  As a Salesforce Administrator, you will partner cross-functionally to develop initiatives through full software development life cycle, including but not limited to supporting business case creation and software development, performing acceptance testing and end-user training, and launching the product .

What You Can Offer Us

  • Configureand administer the Salesforce platform on a day-to-day basis to support smallprojects, tickets, and general upkeep of the platform. Assist with problemresolution to ensure customers receive prompt, efficient service; be ultimatelyresponsible for customer satisfaction.

  • Serveas an active participant in a matrixed project team to ensure timely, regularlyscheduled delivery of user improvements and enhancements by effectively using acombination of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

  • Applytechnical knowledge and Salesforce administration experience to help envisionand design creative, feasible solution options.

  • Developand maintain productive business customer relationships; be the “voice of thecustomer” to the IT project team and with project team members; supportdevelopment and delivery in a collaborative manner.

  • Helpensure business and operational readiness for deployment of systemenhancements, new products, and process changes; support end-user training.

  • Otherduties as assigned.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’sdegree required.

  • Minimum 3 years of product managementand/or system administration experience required.

  • Twoyears of Salesforce experience preferred.

  • Knowledgeof Agile, Waterfall, and other and IT project management methodologies.

  • Experienceleading cross-functional projects.

  • Understandingof IT and business concepts.

  • Ableto evaluate the impact of business changes on systems.

  • Excellentcomputer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and related tools ( e.g .,Visio, Project, OneNote, etc .).

  • Strong written and oral communicationskills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly andeffectively.

  • Ability to work with differentfunctional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionallyachieve results.

  • Strong organizational skills; abilityto accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes througheffective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
