The Integration and Test (I&T) Deputy Cross Product Team (CPT) Lead on the Surveillance Radar Program (SRP) will be responsible for supporting the CPT Lead in managing the technical staff and providing technical subject matter expertise. Specific responsibilities include:
Providing direction and monitor the I&T scope, budget, and external Earned Value requirements
Ensure associated plans are being followed with respect to I&T scope
Provide support to Program Management and customer meeting cadence
Provide support as needed to internal EVMS process for EV reporting, LREs, and quarterly EACs
Support proposal efforts
Lead technical integration and test efforts
Support program gate reviews
Provide support to lower level requirements selloff
6+ years of Systems Engineering and/or System Integration, Verification & Validation experience
Experience leading a technical team, execution of technical, cost, and schedule performance
Excellent communication, technical writing, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to interface with customers and lead technical solutions to complex user requirements
Ability to support international travel in preparation for System Acceptance Test (SAT) activities
Required: This position requires an active Secret Security Clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Prior Early Warning Radar (EWR) experience
Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management System or similar budget tracking system)
Experience with Raytheon’s Proposal Capture Process (development of compliant Basis of Estimates, and White Sheet Development)
Experience with the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process
Familiarity with IPDS, internal reviews, and gate reviews
Experience preparing both technical and cost proposals, and conducting critical review of proposals
Familiarity with domestic and/or international military customer structures
Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Applied Physics, Systems Engineering, or Business Administration
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or related curriculum
This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization
Depending on the number of years of experience, this role can be filled at a G09 or G10 level.
