Job Description
Tasks
Data Cleanup of data, templates
Verify Agile data
File Clean up/Transfer of AC PM Drive to DAS PM drive
Sub-Con Cost capturing and Updates on Program Management Drive (Laminates, Bumping, Wafer Foundry)
Data Analysis on processes across site locations
Phase Exit Template Creation
Training Document writing – we have a lot of processes that have changed hands recently
Capture of historical data of previous projects so we can get better lead time trends
Generate SkyReq's for component, mask, wafers, etc.
Assist PMs on project tasks, including, but not limited to:
Follow up on POs with purchasing, vendors and Brian
Follow up on project open actions
Follow up the action tracker we review every 2 weeks
Skillset
Degree – Program management focus or Engineering
Computer skills – MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word
Can do attitude
