The Woburn, MA, engineering center currently has a need for Systems Engineers to support ongoing radar programs. The ideal candidate will understand radar principles to include software and hardware architecture, system level performance predictions, model design, and integration and flight test. Job Description: The Missile Defense and Sensor Solutions Department is seeking engineering professionals to be part of the System Engineering teams in the Woburn, MA, location. The engineer will design and develop world-class Missile Defense programs. Will support radar system concept development, requirements generation and flow down, modeling and simulation, data analysis, and integration and test activities. Will work within multi-discipline development teams across multiple locations to deliver technical support for assigned programs and products. This position can be a Salary Grade G07 or G08 based on the candidate’s qualifications as they relate to the skills, experience and responsibility requirements for the position. Required Skills: 2(+) years of experience in the field of engineering or a related technical discipline working with Matlab, C/C++, Java, or DOORS Experience with system level requirements development, documentation and maintenance Understanding of detection, discrimination, track and signal processing algorithms, concepts and their behaviors and performance Develop and code system models, algorithms, test vectors and analysis tools in support of analyzing radar requirements and performance Obtain a DoD Security Clearance within 1 year from date of hire; U.S. Citizenship is required .
