Serve as a leader in identifying global training needs and determining how to best meet these needs within the assigned GxP focus area, both in Lake County and in all R&D remote sites.
Design and develop training programs that contain interactive training modules/courses, by working closely with subject matter experts.
Identify learning solutions and support implementation for R&D and for the company.
Create and maintain training system procedures to meet quality system requirements.
Lead cross-functional teams on projects with a broad and complex scope for process improvements/goals. Resolve project team issues with minimal oversight. Responsible to carryout job duties independently. Expert knowledge on training standards and requirements.
Manage training development budget.
Manage contractors or consultants as required for projects
Bachelor’s degree required.
MS/PhD preferred in Education, Instructional Design, Training and Development or related field
Minimum 6 years of training industry experience and exposure to a regulated environment
